The hotel offers a stunning view and a beautifully decorated environment during the holiday season, but my experience with the service was quite disappointing. While the facilities and surroundings may be attractive, the quality of service was notably lacking, especially considering the price. It's a place with potential but should improve its customer service to meet the expectations that come with the cost.

The pools were well-kept, which made relaxing by the water a joy. However, the Wi-Fi being an additional charge was a bit of a letdown, and I wish the check-in process had been smoother without extra fees involved.
